Unlimited Data Retrieval
Backendless Cloud has a data paging retrieval limit of 100 database records returned for a single request. Backendless Pro, on the other hand, lets you configure the backend to return as many objects for a single API call as you need. Additionally, your backend can also be configured to remove limitations on the number of related objects returned. This results in simpler client-side code, fewer API calls, and at times, a more streamlined client-side application.
Unlimited API Calls
Unlike Backendless Cloud, which comes with a monthly limit on API calls, Backendless Pro gives you unlimited API calls. Not only that, but there is also no concurrent rate limit, or limit on the number of APIs the server will handle per minute. The only limitation, then, is the power of your own hardware.
Unlimited Cache Storage
Backendless Cloud restricts the number of objects that you can place into Backendless Cache. Backendless Pro, on the other hand, supports an infinite number of objects in your server-side cache, giving you the flexibility to leverage the Caching API to the fullest. The number of objects in Cache is therefore restricted only by the size of your machine’s memory.
Unlimited Cloud Code
All limitations in Backendless Cloud are stripped in Backendless Pro, and that applies to your Cloud Code as well. With Pro, business logic deployment has no size restrictions – your Cloud Code can use as many third-party dependencies as you need. The Cloud Code runtime – the time it takes for your code to run – is also configurable in Backendless Pro.
Unlimited Push Notifications
Backendless Pro lets you send as many push notifications as you need. Whether you send notifications via API or using Backendless Console, with Pro, there are no limits. You can also configure an unlimited number of Push Notification Templates. Scaling out and speeding up delivery is as simple as running additional instances of Backendless Pro.
